slippery garage floor in winter
by Dom Soprano
(Webster, NY)
Q. My garage floor was installed 4 years ago and I was told the mason did a burn surface. Very bright and flat. When wet, especially in winter, we can't walk on this floor. What can I do to solve this. This has become a very dangerous situation.
Thank you
A. You can apply a concrete sealer to the floor with an additive called Gator Grip slip resistant additive. This will give the concrete floor some texture so it will not be so slippery.
