Pouring A Concrete Floor For A Large House (Battery Powered Screed)

This is a 4" thick concrete floor over styrofoam and a vapor barrier. We used MBW's battery powered ScreeDemon to screed the whole floor. If you pour concrete floors, this vibrating screed is the best one I"ve used for these types of floors. It's lightweight and powerful enough to get the job done very fast. This floor pour took approximately 27 yards of concrete. We used a 3500 psi mix with an additive called High Range Water Reducer that allows us to pour about a 7 slump for easy pouring.
