When we install a new epoxy floor in a garage, there's always a procedure we follow. We always grind the floor to clean and prep it for the coating. We fix and repair any cracks, holes, chips and spalling in the concrete. We roll on a colored base coat and broadcast flakes into it. Then we roll on a clear top coat.
